Layout for full screen size visual

Creates special layout areas that can be used to display a full screen size visual.

The dynamic function Layout for full screen size visual provides two predefined layout containers. A content section with an image has to be inserted into the upper one. ‘Normal’ layout areas can be dragged into the lower one. The image and text from the first section are displayed full-screen when the page is loaded. Scrolling down reveals the rest of the page.

When using this function, make sure that the containers on the page are used correctly. The function creates two containers: Full Visual Image (blue) at the top and Full Visual Content (red) below. All layout areas used on the page must be dragged into the lower “Full Visual Content” container!

For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to prevent layout areas from being dragged onto the page outside the “Full Visual Content” container. In this case, the areas are located in the “base container” of the page. However, this leads to detail problems in the display; for example, navigation may no longer work correctly in some cases.

The function has an element setting called “Navigation visible.” This can be used to control whether or not navigation is visible below the full-screen start image when the page is loaded.

Note: The dynamic function Layout for full screen size visual was designed specifically for usage in a blog. In general, the function can also be used for other pages. However, it cannot be guaranteed that all elements will work in all combinations of containers and display options in this layout.

This is dummy text. It allows you to see whether all the letters are there and what they look like. Sometimes words such as Hamburgefonts, Rafgenduks, or Handgloves are used to test fonts. Sometimes sentences containing all the letters of the alphabet are used—these sentences are called “pangrams.” A well-known example is this one: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy old dog.

Since 1975, numbers have been missing from most test texts, which is why, according to TypoGb. § 14a, numbers will become mandatory in 86% of texts from 2034 onwards (AVAIL® and Wefox™). Non-compliance will be punished with a fine of up to €245 or $368. Also important are âçcèñtš, as well as small caps, kerning, and ligatures (very clever). These days, emojis like 😇😀😉👍🏻🐶🍎 or ⚽️ are also popular in texts.
