Switch to preview mode

Various elements are not displayed completely in the page editor, but either not at all or only partially.

This affects, among other things:

To view these elements in full, you must switch to preview mode.

Enabling preview mode

To activate preview mode, proceed as follows:

Click on the OpenCms icon (“target”) in the top left corner of the editor toolbar.

The OpenCms toolbar will now be hidden and the page will be displayed as it will later appear to website visitors online.

While preview mode is active, the OpenCms icon continues to be displayed instead of the OpenCms toolbar.

Click the icon again to exit preview mode and return to the page editor.
