Shariff social media

Shariff Social Media enables the integration of "Share" buttons for social media with improved privacy for website users.

Shariff Social Media can be used in combination with the meta info element. In this case, exactly the information from the meta info element is shared in social media.

The following social networks are supported :

  • X (formerly Twitter)
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Xing
  • Whatsapp (only displayed on mobile devices)

Alternatively, sharing by email can also be offered as an option.

For this element, external JavaScript files are loaded from third-party servers when the web user clicks on a social media icon. These are executed in the context of the page.
