The newsletter in the “Cöln” layoutDer in der letzten Version hinzugefügte Newsletter im “Cöln” Layout wurde um zusätzliche Ausgabemöglichkeiten erweitert. Möglich ist nun unter anderem die Verwendung von Icons sowie das links bzw. rechts Anordnen des Bildes neben den Text.

The combination of content filters for lists has been improved. The number of hits for each filter is now displayed correctly.

For lists with masonry teaser, it is now possible to set the background color of the entries separately. Furthermore, a shadow can be added as an option. These options are also available for lists with text tile

In lists, teaser stories can now be optionally shortened on mobile devices. This reduces the need for users to scroll through long lists on mobile devices.

With version 23-09, lists of Mercury articles can be output not only on websites but also as RSS feeds. RSS feeds are a search engine optimization technique recommended by Google that can be used to ensure that press releases, for example, appear on Google News as quickly as possible.

The email address of a person or organization can be replaced by a link to a contact form.

The entries displayed in the select box for site selection in the gallery dialog can now be filtered or searched by entering a search term. This is particularly useful in large installations where many sites are configured.

Galleries are now displayed in groups in the gallery dialog. This makes it easier to find galleries in the current website or subsite, especially when there are a large number of galleries available.

Registered participants can easily move up from the waiting list and are automatically notified of the status change. An iCalendar link for automatically adding the event to the user's calendar can be displayed in the registration emails. Internal notes on events are now possible and can be exported.

In order to better meet practical requirements, some of the fields in the theme configuration have been rearranged and revised in version 23-09.

For church services, there is now a new option in the detailed view: “Show map optionally after clicking.”

A basic selection of icons is loaded with an icon font. These icons are needed by various standard functions of the template, e.g. in the navigation menus or in download lists.

Mercury provides icons with the national flags of most countries. These can be used, for example, to switch the language in a link sequence. Unlike other icon collections, the icons for the national flags are displayed in color.

The Font Awesome Brand collection includes logos and trademarks of well-known websites, companies, or businesses.

The Font Awesome Solid collection includes all free “solid” icons from the popular Font Awesome.

The Font Awesome Regular collection includes all free “regular” icons of the popular Font Awesome.

One option allows you to reset all user passwords. This can help improve user and system security after data breaches.
