The new dynamic “Privacy Policy Builder” feature allows editors to create a privacy policy based on predefined standard texts.

With the Tenants app, administrators can centrally store core data for websites and easily configure various template-specific settings.

It is now possible to assign custom icons to different locations on the map, making them easier to recognize and distinguish.

Until now, there was no easy way to determine the “file storage consumption” required by a site or subsite. The tenant app now displays the memory used by a site directly.

After a user has accepted a website's cookie banner, a “cookie icon” with a link to the privacy policy can be displayed permanently as an option. This allows users to adjust their cookie preferences at any time.

In the header area of the template, it is now possible to integrate a second graphic and set the display of the graphics using the “Visibility” element setting for the display variants (e.g., ‘Desktop’ or “Mobile”).

There are now two additional display options available for the hero image slider: one with link highlighting as a CTA (call-to-action) button, and one with text next to the image.

Additional element settings have been introduced for barrier-free control of the slider via the navigation points.

The article has been optimized for Google News using the “NewsArticle” markup with required metadata such as “publisher.”

In the Cöln newsletter, it is now possible to adjust the number of characters in the preview text displayed when inserting individual articles or events.

Newsletter configurations now allow additional recipients to be specified editorially. In addition, mailings can be copied with content in the app.

The user list of the groups displayed in the „Permissions“ dialog can now be opened directly from the dialog. This makes it easier to determine whether a specific user has access to a folder. This option is only displayed to users with administrator rights.

In the full-text search, the link between search words can be changed from „OR“ to „AND“ via the element settings.

In the Eye-Able functions for AI website translation, two additional language selectors for “Simple Language” and “Language Selection” can now be displayed in a fixed position in the lower left-hand corner.

The text of link buttons in lists with media elements can now be customized. Instead of a general link label such as “More,” the link text can now indicate the media type, e.g., “Watch video” or “Listen to audio.”

The meta info element has been expanded so that the period for the “revisit-after” setting can now be set optionally.
